Kleenso expands e-commerce presence with official Shopee store

Anlene - 专家建议中年人及早注意骨骼肌肉健康, 以便日后可以享有更优质的生活素质


目前,年龄60岁以上的马来西亚人占总人口数的10.3%,并预计将于2040年达至翻倍数增长 !让马来西亚老龄化人口维持骨骼肌肉强健至关重要,随着他们的年龄增长,骨骼肌肉将影响他们的行动力、灵活性与平衡能力,更进而影响他们的生活素质。有鉴于此,Fonterra Brands Malaysia透过其成人营养品牌Anlene™ 推介专为大马成年人配制以提供关键营养素的ACTIFIT 3X™ 及GOLD 5X™ 配方。

“很多中年人在40岁左右时,很容易在没有任何症状下(例如因受伤或姿势不良而引起的疼痛)而忽略了自己的肌肉与骨骼健康。人体是需要力量,灵活性与平衡力才能够行走。进食和穿衣之类的简单任务则需要手与手腕的灵巧度。伸手,弯腰和蹲下等动作,使人们能够进行如园艺,烹饪和清洁等日常活动。任何人都希望自己能够在没有任何支持与帮助的情况下,继续独自完成这些事情,尤其是当他们迈入60岁及以上之际”她说。

来自骨骼肌肉领域的另一位专家是脊椎调整师Calvin Shun,同时也是Osso Bone Care Chiropractic 创始人的他指出,骨骼肌肉系统会随着年龄增长出现变化。 “我们的骨骼最早可能在30岁开始变质,并失去高达20%的骨密度;而我们的关节软骨(关节之间的“垫子”)可能在40岁以后就出现严重退化。随着年龄增长,我们的肌肉功能可能会因为失去多达29%的力量而变得虚弱”他说。



“骨骼肌肉疾病,例如通常发生在我们膝盖的骨关节炎,可能会干扰人们进行日常活动的能力。常见症状包括疼痛,僵硬和灵活性降低。这将降低人们的行动力水平,从长远来看,可能会剥夺人们的独立性,并削弱他们参与家庭,社交与工作的生活能力,从而对生活素质带来负面影响” 他继续说。


他也表示,骨质,肌肉或关节软骨的退化可能会随着年龄增长而加速,但是我们却可以采取一些保健的常见方法来减缓退化度。他建议中年人维持健康体重并定期锻炼,尤其是可以锻炼肌肉与维持骨骼强壮的运动;不要忽略轻微的伤痛,以免让小伤发展成影响行动力的大问题,更需时刻警惕自己保持正确坐姿与行走姿势!
